1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use govern the use of the Sense3 online store, owned by Aroma Marketing OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller"), and set out the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer.
1.2. By using the Sense3 online store, placing an order, or registering an account, the
Customer agrees to comply with these Terms of Use.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
2. Ordering and Payment
2.1. Customers can purchase products by selecting items, adding them to the cart, and completing checkout.
2.2. The prices of all products are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise
stated.
2.3. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other available payment
methods.
2.4. The order is considered confirmed when the payment is received. The Seller has the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
3. Delivery and Returns
3.1. Products are delivered within the European Union and other regions specified on the website.
3.2. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method chosen at
checkout. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
3.3. Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
3.4. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 days after the Seller receives and inspects the returned product.
3.5. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
4. Customer Rights and Responsibilities
4.1. The Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and shipping information.
4.2. The Customer must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activities.
4.3. The Customer is responsible for the proper use and storage of purchased products. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use.
5. Seller's Rights and Responsibilities

5.2. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Seller will notify the
Customer and offer a replacement or refund.
5.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. Products sold by Sense3 comply with European consumer protection laws. Warranty
terms vary depending on the product category and manufacturer.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, third-party
services, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions).
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. The Seller processes customer data in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and its Privacy Policy.
7.2. Customer information is used only for order processing, customer service, and marketing (with consent).
7.3. The Customer has the right to request the correction or deletion of personal data.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any disputes between the Customer and the Seller should first be resolved through negotiations.
8.2. If an agreement is not reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of Estonia and settled in Harju County Court.
